Award for Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura at the SODC 2024 International Conference

Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura was honored at the SODC International Conference for her work on Lip Fillers.

Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura was invited to the annual Starwarts of Dermatology Congress (SODC) to present trends in lip fillers.

The SODC congress held from April 4 to 7, 2024 in Mumbai, India, is considered as one of the most important congresses, where only reputed scientists, internationally known, are invited to present their research in the field of Dermatology. Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura, Dermatologist – Venereologist and Scientific Director of Cosmetic Derma Medicine and Cosmetic Derma Medicine Medical Group, presented in front of hundreds of distinguished physicians from all over the world the “secrets” in lip fillers and the latest trends.

In her presentation, Dr. Tsiatoura focused on anatomy and the ideal ratio between the upper and lower lip depending on race and gender, two very important parameters for successful and harmonious results in the application of lip fillers.

In an extensive analysis of demographic data, Dr. Tsiatoura highlighted through her very interesting presentation the fact that both Generation Z and Millennials have essentially included lip fillers in their beauty “routine”.

Moving on with the presentation, the doctor focused on the different techniques, tricks and medical challenges, as well as the points that the dermatologist should pay more attention to in order to have a natural and successful result. In conclusion, Dr. Tsiatoura highlighted the great importance of good communication between the patient and the practitioner for a good result.At the end of this important conference, Dr. Tsiatoura was awarded an honorary distinction by the members of the Bureau for her work in the field of Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.
