Dr. Anastasios Vekris, Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura and Dr. Antonia Andriopoulou represented the Cosmetic Derma Medicine Medical Group at the 7th International Medical Aesthetics Congress held from November 28th to December 1st in Antalya, Turkey.
Leading physicians of Advanced Hair Clinics attended as guest speakers at the 7th International Medical Aesthetics Congress, one of the most important international conferences for the field of Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr. Vekris’ presentation on local anesthesia
In his presentation entitled “Safe Local Anesthesia Techniques”, Dr. Anastasios Vekris MD, Plastic Surgeon, Member of ISHRS (International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery) and founder of Advanced Hair Clinics, focused on the vital topic of local anesthesia, safety and the pillars of a successful procedure that doctors need to know.
In particular, Dr. Vekris discussed the reasons why local anesthesia is preferred for hair transplantation, its types, medications and application techniques.
In addition to this interesting and important presentation, Dr. Vekris actively participated in the conference by presenting live techniques and application of anesthesia before hair transplantation.
Dr. Tsiatoura’s presentation on lip fillers
The techniques and “secrets” of lip fillers were analyzed in her presentation entitled “Interesting Techniques in Lip Fillers” by Dr. Amalia Tsiatoura, Dermatologist – Venereologist and Scientific Director of CDM Medical Group. Dr. Tsiatoura focused on the anatomy and the desired harmonious proportions between the lips and other facial features, a good knowledge of which ensures a natural and successful result.
Then, the doctor presented the most interesting techniques and their results, insisting on the points that the specialist must pay attention to in order for the result to be one that satisfies the patient and himself.
Dr. Andriopoulou’s presentation on hair transplantation tools
“Using Sharp Implanter Tips & Tricks” was the title of the presentation by Dr. Antonia Andriopoulou, Hair Surgery Specialist and Associate Medical Director of Advanced Hair Clinics. Dr. Andriopoulou presented the innovative sharp implanter tool, its advantages over older options and the proper way to use it for a successful and natural hair transplant result.
Alongside the conference proceedings, Dr. Vekris and Dr. Tsiatoura participated in the G-Cell satellite symposium, where they discussed the application and new treatments performed with the G-Cell device.
