How is it applied

Topical Anesthesia stage

At this spot we create 2 tiny holes under 2 mm diameter. Into these holes, solution of topical anesthesia is applied via a thin spigot (tumescent anesthesia – xylocaine (lidocaine) with Adrenaline). During this stage, the adipose hypodermic tissue has fully anaesthetized and the patient does not feel pain.

After the completion of topical anesthesia, a very thin optical fiber ND-Yag Smartlipo Laser is inserted through the tiny holes under the skin. This laser scans all the area under skin, as leading to the melting and the liquidation of the hypodermic fat, as also to the new collagen production in the area while activating the fibroblast, which are cells that produce collagen and elastin and give the tightening result.

Liposuction

When the procedure of laser lipolysis has been completed, the suction stage of liquidized fat with a thin little spigot not bigger than 1,5 mm. With this stage the Laser Lipolysis – Liposuction is completed as is leading to the permanent fat removal.
