Dermatologist – Venereologist Dr. Anastasia Kapsiocha

Anastasia Kapsiocha, Dermatologist – Venereologist, specializing in the Andreas Syngros Hospital in Athens, has long experience and training through national and international participation in conferences and numerous treatments of skin diseases in hospitals and clinics where she has worked.

She has participated with presentations in national conferences of the Hellenic Dermatological and Venereology Society (H.D.A.E.), as well as in major international conferences, such as those of the European HS Foundation.

At the same time, she participated in the 1st Online Tutorial of the H.D.A.E. on the topic: “Applications of lasers & other energy sources in Dermatology”

She has published in international scientific journals such as Skin Apendix of Disorders with the title “Efficacy of Subantimicrobial, Modified-Release Doxycycline Compared to Regular-Release Doxycycline for the Treatment of Hidradenitis Suppurativa” and in the journal:

Colchicine improves clinical outcomes and quality of life in hidradenitis suppurativa patients: a retrospective study.

She received a short post-graduate fellowship from the H.D.A.E. in 2020.

Dermatologist – Venereologist Dr. Anastasia Kapsiocha

She was an emergency and general medicine doctor at the Iasis – General Hospital Gavrilakis in Chania, with the main cases of dermatological diseases that are endemic in the summer months and in conditions of confusion, as well as in the suturing of plastic wounds.
In 2015 he finished the Epi-Time Field Service at the K.Y. Kandanos (P.I. Kabanos, Rhodovanos-Sougyas, Paleochora, Gavdos)

She specialized with Prof. Christos Zouboulis at the M.C. Dessau, Department of  Dermatology/Venerology/Allergology/Immunology, Germany.

In 2011 she received her diploma in General Pathology.

In parallel with her studies, she participated in the Erasmus and IFMSA Profes. Exchange Program in Portugal at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology (T.E.I, PUVA department), Coimbra University Hospital CHUC.

She speaks English and German.
